In this role, you will work as the Finance Manager role ensure full compliance with local and international regulations, and provide strategic financial support to drive business decisions across Vietnam.

What we're looking for:

Rich experience in accounting, tax, or finance
Qualified as Chief Accountant in Vietnam
Strong knowledge of local tax regulations (PIT, FCT, VAT, CIT) and IFRS
Experience with multinational companies or complex financial environments — a big plus
Fluency in English
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or tax qualification — a plus

We're Hiring: Head of Sales & Business Development – TIC Services Wanted! (Ho Chi Minh City)

At DEKRA Vietnam, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales & Business Development to lead our commercial team and drive growth across our Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) services in Vietnam!

This is a high-visibility leadership role in a newly established subsidiary with strong growth ambitions. You will lead and coach the sales team, shape DEKRA Vietnam's commercial strategy, develop key accounts, and position DEKRA as a trusted high-quality TIC partner in the market.

What we're looking for:
Years of experience in business development, key account management, or commercial roles within manufacturing industries and/or TIC organizations
Proven sales leadership and team coaching capabilities

Strong consultative and value-based selling skills with a customer-centric mindset
Vietnamese native with strong working English for regional and customer communication

Willingness to travel regularly across key industrial zones in Vietnam (North & South)

We’re Hiring: Senior Auditor of Sustainability Business Wanted! (Ho Chi Minh City)

At DEKRA Vietnam, we are looking for a technically proficient Senior Auditor to join our Sustainability Business team!

In this role, you will conduct third-party audits, validations, and verifications of sustainability management systems and GHG programs in line with international standards. You’ll also play a key part in developing our sustainability services through technical expertise, customer training, and knowledge sharing — all while upholding the highest level of impartiality and professional integrity.

What we‘re looking for:
Related work experience, with a must-have background in carbon emission projects such as ISO 14064/ISO 14067 verification or related studies
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Energy, Sustainability, or a related technical field
Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks including Carbon Footprint, LCA, CBAM, and ESG
Fluency in written English; excellent oral English is a big plus
